Tigerdirect - onrebate.com Rebate Ripoff! never got $100 Rebate for Laptop Computer Naperville Illinois

I bought a laptop computer on March 13, 2006 through TigerDirect.com and it stated that a $100 rebate was to included with the sale. And that it must be submitted within 30 days.
I was instructed to go to Onrebate.com and fill out the required information. Several times I tried to fill out the information.Every time I got to part 2 of the registration(Register to receive payment) where I had to put in my order number #14290447 it stated that it was incorrect or not recognized. Try again in 24 hours.
I have called and gotten no help and I have e- mailed both companys several times.

I think I see your problem. TigerDirect orders begin with a capital I, NOT a numeric 1. The typestyle they use adds to the confusion. If you go to your account, and reenter the order number using an I instead of a 1, you will be able to access and print your original invoice.
