I purchased an Intel Celeron D 341 processor from TigerDirect in January, 2006. The product had a $50 rebate offered, and this was the primary reason I bought it from TigerDirect. After filling out every line on the Onrebate.com submission form, including all documents shipped with it, and mailing it on 2/6/2006, the rebate was rejected on 3/15/2006.
Reason given:
"Conflicting Data - Rebate information does not match Invoice."
TigerDirect with the aid and assistance of Onrebate.com have scammed me out of $50.

TigerDirect - Onrebate.com honors rebate claim

I sent an email to Nadine Urdaneta at Onrebate.com, and she was extremely helpful. The rebate had been denied because the shipping address on the invoice did not match the address to which I wanted the rebate mailed. After exchanging a few emails regarding the reason for the mismatch, the claim was approved and payment received.
