Placed an order (J6218412) on Dec 23, 2013 and it has yet to ship. Contacted customer support after a week of waiting for update and all they could do is say it was in the hands of the drop shipper. I e-mailed back to ask them to please cancel the order as the items were needed for a time sensitive work project.  I was given ticket number 934690 saying the cancellation request had been sent to the drop shipper and I would receive confirmation of the cancellation within 24-48 hours.

That was on Jan 1 and now it is almost a week later and still no confirmation on the cancellation. I e-mail everyday as I do not have time to wait on hold and I have tried to chat but have to give up after waiting so long to even connect with someone. Every reply is basically the same thing saying they are waiting to hear back from the drop shipper. They will not confirm for me that the order is cancelled or that my company credit card is not going to be charged.

They say in the event that the order is shipped to just refuse delivery and they will refund my card once the item returns to the drop shipper. I do not trust them or the shipper to be honest about receiving the shipment back nor do I trust them to refund anything. Nothing I have experienced from them so far indicates that they are honest or competent. If the order has not been shipped yet it should be cancelled by now.

I am currently in limbo with a $1000 order that no one can tell me if it has been cancelled or if in fact it has shipped. I have asked for the shipper information but my request are ignored. 

Got another reply today saying they were checking on the status and to give it 24-48 hours. What kind of supplier has this bad of communication with its shippers. Never had such a hard time with any of the other online suppliers I use. I ordered a new server straight from the manufacture that had to be built and received it faster than an item from Tigerdirect.com that was in stock and advertised to ship within 48 hours.
