Please do not use them.  Just call your loca VA and they will help you through it. I signed up for the 24 hour service for 129 dollars.  I never heard another thing from them and they have kept my money.  I will be officially filing a report with the BBB also.

If I call from another number they answer, figure out its me, and then hang up on me.  If I call from the same number more than once I get a voicemail. THIS IS A SCAM! do not use!

even if they do sometimes get some clients what they need, the way they have treated me and countless other veterans, they do not deserve to be in business.

He keeps saying the same thing.  And I keep asking "Where are the 25,000 satisfied customers?"

BBB shows complaints.  Doesn't show customers who were happy.

This guy has a lot of time to write nonsense while taking people's money.

I never got what I paid for (I've already posted my name, I'm not anonymous) and don't think anyone else has either.

But he'll just keep saying they are false accusations by "competitors".  When I and others recommend that you use NPRC or VA (government agencies) does that sound like we are a competitor trying to get your business??

Really? Question what you read on the Net!

Let's review the data.

BBB (the only reliable source cited here) reports 45 complaints in 3 years. That's about 1.5 complaints a month. We have done well over 25,000 requests in that 3 year period. We process more requests per day, week, month, year than all of our competitors combined! That's a complaint ratio of .18%, that's point one eight percent, a fraction of a percent, not quite two-in-a-thousand - by any standard excellent service. We're a service business. Find the best piece of merchandise that you can evaluate from personal experience on Amazon, and you'll find complaints. It's how the business responds to its complaints that
counts. And, if you review the BBB data closely, ALL complaints there were addressed, resolved, and closed.

Now, as to the other sites you mention, we have attempted to respond to those - but the overwhelming majority (what are there, less than 20?) are anonymous. We encourage anyone with a legitimate complaint to go to a third party mediator, such as BBB or BuySafe (we are also bonded and insured) - who will document the validity of any complaint.

Anonymous complaints on such boards as Ripoff Report are not infrequently deliberate reputation attacks by unscrupulous, envious competitors - unfortunately a not uncommon strategy to post bogus complaints for commercial advantage. As the largest business in this niche industry, we become a target.

We are very Net savvy and could easily implement the same type of strategy - it's so easy to do - anonymous postings against our competitors, but have not done so because such actions only sully the reputation of our industry as a whole. It's an unenlightened approach to competition and industry growth.

We compete on service. Our reputation is stellar. We have hundreds of legitimate, verifiable positive reviews on our service posted on our website, from many, many E-1s, to even one or two O-8s and every pay grade in between.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

Zero Good Reviews

AUTHOR: Shadow63 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, April 29, 2012

Since he's not busy fulfilling anyone's orders, maybe he does have time to fill his website with reviews he writes himself.

What I know for sure is:

1. He did not send me the DD214 I paid for.
2. He hung up whenever I called to check on the order.
3. There are ZERO good reviews anywhere on the net other than his site.
4. When I disputed the charge with my bank, he had nothing to say to them about my order.

As far as BBB, sure, when they get a complaint, he probably gives the person a refund so it can be "resolved".
Where is the proof of having processed 25,000 orders??

Avoid this crook!

To answer a question regarding the VA connection

AUTHOR: Southern Chemical and Equipment LLC - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, April 29, 2012

The OP posted in the category: Veterans Administration.

So, I ask the OP just one more time, what did the VA do to you? Why would you post a complaint against the VA? (That's really what you did, and that's why I asked the question).

BBB

AUTHOR: Touchstone client services - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 29, 2012

Yes, 46 BBB complaints on 25000 orders in Three Years, ALL resolved.  Lets see, that's a complaint ratio of almost 1 in a THOUSAND, AND all (according to the BBB RESOLVED!) Hundreds of REAL reviews on our website (would we really write hundreds of reviews?  Our competitor has four (4).  THis is nothing more than a typical "dirty tricks" campaign by competitors,  We coulfd do the same, but such actions only damage our industry as a whole.  Who do you believe, the BBB or an anonymous poster?

Military Records. Not necessarily VA

This company claims to get you your military records.

Not sure anyone said it had to do with VA

So, what exactly does this have to do with the VA?

AUTHOR: Southern Chemical and Equipment LLC - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2012

Are we talking about the Veterans Administration?

I don't see the connection here.

What exactly does any of this have to do with the VA???

All the bad stories are true!

AUTHOR: Shadow63 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2012

Chris Perry of Touchstone keeps posting responses saying that "every company has SOME dissatisfied customers".
But he has ONLY dissatisfied customers.
If you Google for "reviews" not just "complaints" you would normally find some good reviews of a business.  Not this one!
He likes to refer to Better Business Bureau as a better source than other sites.
They have nothing good to say about him either!
43 complaints (some still unresolved) and they emphasize that he is NOT  BBB accredited.
He claims 25,000 satisfied customers.  Where are they?
On his site??  He posts some good reviews there.  Think he may have written them himself??

If you have paid for this service and haven't gotten what you paid for, PLEASE contact your credit card company and dispute it!  Get your money back!
