I hired Local Lighthouse to do an SEO Campaign for my website.Instead they designed 3 pages and linked them to my website.

This is Not what i asked for!They were terrible about returning emails and phone calls. Then after all the conversation i would get nothing. They made it impossible to cancel. Once, I did cancel contract and they kept charging my card anyway.

I canceled my card to stop them. I did get them to refund 2 of the extra charges. it took hours and a dozen phone calls. Then they deleted all the links to my website (there work and my web designers work) and all the info i had paid them for was gone.

Right or wrong!

Now that is customer service!!
