Toy Globe Agree To Refund, but Stop Without Any Email ripoff Canada

I have order 15 x attakus yoda statues from toyglobe in last year. The items was released in april 2005. Toyglobe staff said it's on the way, but I have wait over 80 days without anything. I have send email to Jenny and jade, but no one reply me (overy 100+ emails but no reply), until I have post this in rip off report. I have order 14 statues for my customers and 1 keep for myself.

My customers paid me money and I have paid money to toyglobe.com. I'm always asking why no email to me, until I have email them my customers want to contact to police. I have received Jade email. He said Robert can help me to solve this problem, so, I have received some emails from Robert. Robert help me to check all records and agree to send me refund. He owes me us$3000+,(the statues is very expensive, us$285 plus shipping each).

Robert said he will refund $500 cad per week, so, I have told this to my customers. They are all agree that to received refund weekly. I have received 3 times refunded but stop on 15-8-05. I have try to email to Robert, Jade, but still no reply.

So, Robert, Jade, when you see it in this forum, please send refund again and email to me again.

My customers are very angry and want to contact to police again. Some of my customers have some friends in canada. He want to find you directly to get the refund, but I tell them do not do anything until receive your reply.

Toyglobe.com, I have a suggestion for you. You need to reply to all customers and MUST be honest to customers.
I know you are alway check this forum. Too many reports on this forum are no good for you. It's not a joke. We are all very unhappy now!
