Toyota Financial Services Toyota USA Steals money after payoff Carol Stream Illinois

My Toyota loan was refinanced by my credit union and the loan was paid electronically December 4, 2015.  Toyota recorded the payment December 10, 2015.  The payment was due December 14, 2015.

Toyota still took the December payment frommy bank account.  They acknowledge they owe me this money -- over $500.

Problem -- I need to spend hours getting a "Merchant's Report' from my bank, obtain my bank statement,  write explanation and account number on each report page, and can only FAX this to a long distance phone number (not toll free).  This will cost me a ton of money from what I remember the one time I did this primitive process about ten years ago.

Toyota is purposely making it hard for me to get my money back so they can keep it longer and hope I won't try to get it back.

After the payoff they removed all traces of the contract from my account on their website so I could no longer refer to it for reference.

I expect this will cost me between $20.00 and $50.00 depending on how many pages I have to send and how long the long-distance call takes to FAX this.
