I have been using Trac Phone for over 8years, bought a new phone for my daughter for Christmas to replace the old beat up one  she has--she went to active it, by transferring her old number and minutes to the new phone, after2 hours (using The minutes on my phone) they had deactivated her old number, given her a new number, changed her zip code, asked her questions they need not know and still did not it it done, we have done this numerous times before, never had a problem. the end result THE PHONE IS GOING BACK AND I HAVE LOST MY MINUTES.

I will never use this phone system again unless they reimburse myself and my daughter.Further more the people she talked to could not speak English and transferred her to 5 different departments (obviously they do not know what they are doing.

Straight Talk / Trac Phone Awful customer service and follow up. Replacement phone still not sent after a month, they still cannot produce a tracking number, and no explanation why phone has not been shipped, after there is a tracking for returned phone. On hold for 1hr to talk to supervisor which is in the Philippines with the customer service for a Miami based company miami Florida

trac phone 0 minutes until my paid minutes ran out and then I was cut off .the representative was incompetant and I should not have to pay for such poor service. I now have to go out and find another phone in order to pay for additional minutes. I hope I won't have to speak to the same incompetant rep. this time miami florida
