In November, I bought an Iphone from Tracfone. This has been my preferred company for many years due to being a safelink customer and their prices are the most reasonable around, however in December after taking the Iphone to the Apple store and having issues getting it set up, I sent the phone back in a Fedex prepaid package. Never received a refund. Have called numerous times and they claim not to even have the purchase in their system, which seems very dysfunctional. Now it is March and still no refund.

How am I even supposed to call them when I don't have a working cell phone? I mailed a letter to them regarding this matter. Still no response. I want my money back and will go to any means necessary whether this is People's Court, small claims court whatever.

I have also bought over 1100 minutes sitting in my account which I can not use because the phones I have bought on their website for cheap, do not use SIM Cards and are not smartphones. When I try to use those minutes, I am told I have to buy a new card.

 I want my money refunded. I will continue fighting this until you refund me my money. Never seen a corporation so poorly run in my life. This is ridiculous that you have no record of purchases or returns. Very questionable business practices.

Already contacted the news to help me recover my money. Get it together cause you just lost an amazing, loyal customer.

Hello Melanie. I have referred this matter to a local news station. I have done your chat option numerous times and they tell me to call. I spent forty minutes on your customer service and your company doesn't even have records on me purchasing a phone. What company doesn't keep records. 

 

Maybe you should be sensitive to the fact that this is a prepaid company and your customer service seems unaware that I should not have to spend my minutes to resolve a problem on your part? Why haven't you responded to my letters?
