Trafford Publishing Took my money to print book. Interacted for 2 months, then told me they would not publish book, No one would give me an explanation or even talk to me. A month later they returned a portion Bloomington, Indiana

After accepting full payment to publish my book I received a call from someone I didnt know in the evening 2 months later telling me they were not going to publish my book.  That person would
not offer any information.  I tried to contact the 3 people I had been dealing with at Trafford, none
of them responded.  The only person I could reach was the woman answering the phone at Trafford.  When I asked to speak to someone she put me on hold for 18 minutes.  When she
returned she told me that no one was available but she was sending me a check to return my
money.  3 weeks later, with no check,  I contacted Visa to inform them of the fraud.  A week later I received a statement from Visa that my nearly $2,000 had been credited to my account.  The amount was $150 less than I had paid Trafford.
