TRANSFIRST LIED ABOUT TERMS OF CONTRACT BROOMSFIELD Colorado

 I currently have a contract with transfirst, the only reason I left my old company were the rates Transfirst promised and to save the company money. I told the reprsentative that I do not want a contract, been burned before by them, and if Transfirst is that good, you will have us to do business with for a very long time. He said that the company wants a contract and it is only for a year. Did the transfirst application, not to my knowledge was I signing a 3 year contract, there is no wording on the application that stated time frame. I did not know this at the time of signing. Later I had a desirable rate from another company and was going to wait till the year was up and mailed a nonrenewal letter to the Transfirst, and that is when i found out that; on the 4th page of the fine print in version 8.0412 of the website documents html, they state that it is a 3 year contract.

My representative totally lied to me, and because of that fraud, I might be forced to stay with a company that is less than desirable when it comes to business, bad way to start a relationship. My rep. was there to uphold  the company and what it stands for. My rep no longer works for this company.

I also put a call into a lawyer as the fine print of the length of time on the contract, is only on the website of transfirst, all language has to be forth coming and set, in a contract, I believe the way the application is written that you can not be unclear to the terms, and this contract definitely was.

 So if I could suggest to everyone who is looking for a new merchant, be very careful and put it in total black and white writting ,if it is on their website, terms can change in a heartbeat.

I would never do business with transfirst-merchant b-e-w-a-r-e!!!
