Travel Services Delta Travel Liars, thiefs, & scam artists - BE WARNED!!! DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS!!! Stevenson Ranch, California

This company is a big fraud, please do not make the same mistake our family made, only trying to warn others about this travel service.  They have someone cold call you at 1st for winning a vacation & take you from there to try & weasle your$$$ out of you to provide travel services.  We are talking thousands of dollars for persons who like to travel. Sounds great at first for how much they can save you, but soon you find out what a joke it is.  I planned a second trip with them to stay in Nashville, TN & they screwed up by giving me a smoking room(I have asthma) & when I tried to get $ back said they could only give me a partial amount even though they messed up(I needed a no-smoking room from the beginning and was told that was what I was going to get.  Julie & Sundei I worked with said too bad nothing we can do about it! Not only that the place was a dump! It had crumbling exterior, smelly lobby etc. They refered it! I also had to look for another place to stay on my own, no help from them! I believe you can do the same on your own looking on the internet for deals.  Thats what they do, they use Expedia, & other websites & try to make you think they are doing you such a favor. No help for saving $ for airlines understood from beginning thats the way it works.  You will get 1 price when you start looking & by the time they get back to you, that deal has gone up Several $.  Sleazy comes to mind when I think of how I was swindled out of my $ for this plan.  It only took 2 trips for me to find this is how they work & I wish I had looked into this more before doing the deal.  PS they also charge you $399.00 every year on top of it for your dues.  Save your money, this ones a scam!
