MY HUSBAND AND I OWN A 2003 SABB LANEAR WE HAD FULL COVERAGE WE ALSO HAD COLLISION. WE WERE RIDEING ON THE ROAD WHEN SOME TREE BRANCHES FELL OFF SOMEBODYS TRUCK.WE SWERVED TO TRY TO AVOID THEM ALONG WITH OTHER CARS.THE TREE BRANCHES HIT UNDERNEATH OUR CAR.WE WENT TO SAVE ALOT PARKING LOT THEY HAD BIG POT HOLES WE TRIED NOT TO HIT THE POT HOLES BUT BECAUSE THE CAR IS LOW WE HIT THE POT HOLES ANYWAY. THE FRONT BUMPER CAME OFF WE WENT HOME PARKED THE CAR IN THE GAURAGE CAME BACK TO START THE CAR THE NEST DAY IT WOULD NOT START WE HAD THE BATTERY CHECK AND WAS TOLD THERE IS A MUCH DEEPER PROBLEM THEN THAT.WE CALLED TRAVELERS AND MADE A CLAIM WITH THEM.THIS CAR IS THE ONLY CAR WE HAVE RIGHT NOW THE CAR WAS TOWED TO PALLADIUM AUTO TRAVELERS SENT TWO OF THEIR PEOPLE
TO INSPECT THE CAR THEY TOOK TWO HOURS JUST TO DO THAT.WE WERE WITHOUT OUR CAR FOR A MONTH TRAVELERS REFUSED TO SPEAK TO US WHEN WE CALLED.WE KEPT CALLING AND SPOKE WITH THIS NASTY LADY CALLED CHRIS SHE SPOKE TO US THAT 1 TIME WHEN WE CALLED BACK AGAIN SHE WOULD NOT TAKE OUR CALLS SO WE CALLED HER SUPERVISOR HER NAME WAS ALSO CHRIS.SO THIS WAS GOING ON BACK AND FOURTH FOR A MONTH WE CALLED THE GARAGE WERE OUR CAR WAS AND FOUND OUT CHRIS FROM TRAVELERS SAID THEY ARE CLOSING THE CASE AND NOT PAYING A DIME BECAUSE WE WENT OVER HER HEAD AND SPOKE TO HER SUPERVISOR. BECAUSE OF THAT WE HAD TO USE OUR MORTGAGE MONEY TO PAY FOR THE RETRAVELERSPAIRS SO NOW THAT PUT US BACK A MONTH BEHIND WE WERE NEVER LATE WITH OUR MORTGAGAE THIS HAS CAUSED US GREAT MENTAL ANGUISH AND UPSET THE HOLE HOUSE HOLD.TRAVELERS HAS MADE OUR LIFE A LIVEING HELL THIS COMPANY HAS A RECORD OF TURNING DOWN CLAIMS
THEIR ALL OVER THIS PAGE OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS I ADVISE EVERYBODY TO DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AND GO SOME WERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE SRE SCAMMERS AND LIARS AND THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT IF ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE DO THANK YOU TONY PAM BROWN

I read the story of the people who wrote this report on Travelers Insurance.
I agree with them 100%. Travelers Insurance is a company not to be trusted.
I, personnally, had two very bad experiences with them. Once when I had them for my homeowner insurance and another when I filed a claim against one of their insureds.
They are like a Pit Bull. They fight the citizen tooth and nail. They do not want to pay a penny in claims.
They made our lives miserable 2 times and I will never have anything to do with them again.
I advise people to Travel Away from Travelers Insurance and go with another Company.
Do not give your hard earned dollars to Traveler's Insurance.
They were not there for me when I needed them. In fact they lied and made up false stories to deny our 2 claims.
My letters to Company Executives and CEO's fell on deaf ears and went unanswered.
Traveler's Insurance is a Corporate Fat Cat - whose sole purpose is to take good premium money from their customers - then hang them out to dry, when they dare to file a legitimate claim.
Most insurance companies are hard to deal with. Lean and Mean, one might say.
However, Travelers Insurance TAKES THE CAKE and - in my opinion - is the worst insurance company to deal with.
Amen, I have said my peace.

Either this is a completely bogus report designed to defame this company...or...you just aren't too smart! FIRST...learn the difference between the words "then" and "than" as well as "whole" and "hole". What you seem to be saying is you swerved away from branches, THEN drove into a nearby parking lot to remove those branches as the car is low. In the process of driving thru the parking lot, you failed to avoid the holes and as such, you caused front end damage and unknown under-the-hood damage. You now come here to claim the mechanic told you the insurance company is denying your damage claim. Since you did not mention you followed up with your own call to the insurance company, one must ask, did you call the insurance company to ask WHY this claim was denied? You expect intelligent people here to believe they told the mechanic they are denying the claim because you talked to the rep's boss? Sorry, that's not going to work here. There's more to this story than you are writing or this is a completely bogus report. Oh yes, before I forget, let me save you some effort. Don't bother saying it...I'll tell you ahead of time, I don't work for them.
