Some months ago I received a call from a man named Mike saying he worked for a company selling an herbal pill. I was told about a trial offer for $19.95 (not including shipping and handling) and a money back guarantee for 30days. So I gave him my information trusting him because of the money back guarantee.
I was supposed to have received the product within 2 weeks and didn't get it for several months. Before receiving the product I called and called complaining, telling them that I hadn't received the product.
When the product finally arrived they shipped out 2 boxes instead of the one order that I had purchase, so they charged my account 2 times. I took the product for about 3 weeks wasn't satisfied so I sent it back and the postal service charged me for shipping the two boxes. When I called and notified them that I was sending the product back and wanted my money back. The assured me that everything was fine. But everything wasn't fine. They started charging my account saying that I never sent it back and the charges was $165.
Everyday they kept overdrafting my account. SO I called and informed them about this and they said that my account would be credited. It never was and I never received my refund. I had to change my checking account because they still continued to do this. Now just the other day, a collection agency called me telling me that I owe Tree House Marketing Money.
So I called them and asked them what was going on. They couldn't tell me anything. All they told me was that they would send my complaint to someone to review and they will get back to me in 48hours.
Last time they said that, I had to call them back because no one notified me. I also called the company that Mike supposedly was working for and they told me there is no Mike there and they never sold the product before. Now I am stuck trying to figure out what I am supposed to do now.

Now I've Been Charged $199.95.

I talked to my bank and they showed me the amounts that Tree House Marketing where tryin to take out my debit without my permission, $199.95.
When will this end. Reviewing everything and gathering information from people on the internet and through chat rooms for the past couple of days, hours, minutes, and seconds. Tree House Marketing has this scam where they tell everyone a product that they are selling. The sales agent who usually calls you to sell the product is always the same man with a different name (Josh or Mike).
He will tell you the product is $19.90 (the so called trial offer). After he gets your information, eventually the product will be shipped to you, but it will be 3 bottles of the product (that is where the $199.95 comes in at). You can't cancel your order.
If you call the same customer service girl will assist you (Sarah). Now back to the $199.95 and the $19.90.
The $19.90 is for the trial offer (the one bottle), the other bottles are your monthes supply that you never asked for, but they charge you $199.95 anyways.
If they don't recieve the $199.95 that they steal out of your account, a collection agency is notified that you owe them an odd amount of money.
So basically you are still screwed even if you close your account, Like Me! So the best thing for me to do is notify them and let them know that if they don't give me my money that they already took and fix this, My lawyer will be contacting them.
