I was buying a car for my son and was having trouble getting credit, newly divorced I knew my credit was not the best but I thought I would give it a try.
I was able to get a loan at a resonable rate from another company but I soon received a letter from Triad that denied my loan.
The reason my loan was denied from triad was because of a recent foreclosure. I was very shocked since I have never had a foreclosure.
I tried many times and many ways to talk to someone with triad and I was directed to the cleaning crew and the security office but no one that can help with this problem.
I am sure others have had this problem and if they would just recheck the information and advise me that they made a mistake and reported this information wrong I would feel a little better, but they insist on ignoring my calls.

The problem isn't on Triad's end...it's with the credit bureaus. When you are denied credit you will receive free copies of your credit report. Highlight the erroneous foreclosure notation, and send a letter via Registered Mail with Return Receipt stating:
This foreclosure notation is erroneous. I have never had a foreclosure. I am requesting validation of this alleged foreclosure per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
