Tribeca Lending wild goose chase ripoff New York New York

I was dealing with Tribeca Lending of New York for nearly a month only to end up with nothing but crazy results. First of all they wouldn't allow my wife and I to do a joint application(a first)their response to this was because "people get divorced hey it happens." Okay I had surgery in 05 and pneumonia at the end of 06 which is why what I earned in both years was off.

I gave them everything that they asked for. I really didn't see what that had to do with what I make now. Which I gave the official documentation from my job. They however wanted me to get written note from my employer as to why I missed some earnings and they wanted me to call and documentation from my doctor. How dumb is that.

I didn't know you had to have a or obtain a doctor's note and/or excuse when applying for a loan. The agent Justin actually wanted me to write a sentence stating to them why I was out of work. WoW.

To make a long story short I ended up paying $300 for an appraisal which wounded up being money down the drain. Everytime I delivered on what they asked of me,they came up with two things. Thus the title of this Wild Goose Chase.
