No matter how hard you work at your hotel business trying to do the best you can to be a success and maybe make a tiny pittance of profit from your considerable effort, there will always be someone who will try to make a living out of undermining you, telling vindictive malicious lies about you. A smirking smug bullsh*tter like Stephen Kaufer.

He does not represent, sell or provide goods or services, he peddles gossip, innuendo, slander and libel. Kaufer is in the bullsh*t business.

Not everyone who posts a dissenting opinion works for Trip Advisor. I certainly do not.

I just spent this last Saturday Night @ Madison's Haunted Inn @ Kincardine Ontario and I really liked it. I went for the Paranormal Experience and I was totally blown away by the whole experience. The Mansion is so very cool and so spooky and its haunted to boot. We were literally trembling from fear all night. The room we were in was so classy that we felt a little out of place. We didnt want to make a mess or touch anything.

As far as the comments from Trip Advisor go on this location. The guests that spent the night from the US were wrong. Our sheets were so crispy and smooth that my wife said she thought they were egyptian, there were no worn sheets on our bed. We also liked the idea that the owners were not in our face or placing any restrictions upon us during the night, we roamed around the hallways and took lots of pictures and film footage we liked that they were not at our door in the morning and we just packed up and packed the car without any one wanting to converse at 9am in the morning. I would recommend this truly haunted location to everyone. Just be prepared to experience fear !!! of the unknown..

I am an ex employee of Trip Advisor and we were paid to surf the web to make sure no bad raps or bad press appeared and when it did we had to make up dummy email address's and put something positive and great about the company??? yes you heard me right

I have used Trip Advisor on several occasions while traveling. I have also posted several times, both positive and negative, on Trip Advisor. As the others state, if you are getting a lot of negative remarks, maybe you need to check into the complaints and find out what the problems are.

I have filed several reports on TripAdvisor about no fewer than five different locations around the US. Several reports have been more negative than positive. However, several others have been exclusively positive, and they do indeed show up on TA.

So Michelle please do not make such blatantly false statements about "only negative reports show up". If your establishment is getting negative reviews, perhaps it is due to the service your patrons are getting.

And as the CEO, it starts with you.

I think you mean "unbiased" as in, not taking a side. If you have a lot of bad reviews on Trip Advisor, perhaps you should look into improving your hotel. Just a thought.
