Tru Talent Management deceptive Holladay Utah

They seemed to have been running a respectible establishment. They really seemed to have my interest in mind. I told them that I had taken a full time job and that I could not attend the acting classes. When I requested my withdrawal from the program they declined to even speek with me. I went in and wrote a request on there own letter head at there office.

I never attended any of the acting class. I received nothing from this company saying I could not be released from the contract. I received billing statements from them all of wich I sent back asking to be released from this program. I did this three times after that I did not receive any further contact from them until I received notice that it had been turned over to a collection agency.

I paid $600. to them and they were suppose to be sending me monthly statement wich I have never received. I am now being pressed by an attorney. To pay this in full. I don't think I owe them anything as again I did not attend any of their class or receive anything else from them. I asked in writing.

Please give me your insight as to how I should proceed with this situation. Thank your for any help you could offer.
