Don't be fooled by this company, once you give them you credit card number they will never stop putting charges on it until you call the card holder and and put a stop to it. this is what I had to do. Then when I finally talked to some to cancel me order they told me that I owed then $19.99 for shipped product they sent me, I agreed to pay it and asked them to mail me a statement and I would mail them a check, I never heard back from them.

Then I recieved a letter from a collection agency from Elmsford, NY, demanding that I pay this dept. I could not believe this, no one from Tummy Tuck called me, emailed, or sent me a letter (via USPS). if I am not mistaken, this is not correct procedure on collecting a dept and I feel that me next step will to contact the Better Business Bureau and the D. A's Office in Van Nuys, CA. This will be a start. It is not the $19.99 that concerns me, it is the idea that this company has been getting away with this all this time.

A class action lawsuit would put a stop to this and set a example.
