Tummy Tuck Belt unethical, ripoff Van Nuys, California

I ordered this belt and before a month was even over they had charged my account a $26.98.  I called and called the belt on april 25th and received confirmation of cancellation and was told they wanted me to return the items sent in order to credit my account.  3 weeks later, I see another charge on my credit card for 19,99.  I called again and said WHY did you charge me, I had cancelled.  The representative said on this was the second payment for the the same order.  Nonsense, I told them why would they charge me a second payment for something I had already cancelled.  He finally agreed to refund me my money LESS shipping and handling.  I was very upset.  I told him, why should I pay shipping and handling for something I never wanted shipped to me the first place... He referrs me to their website saying you entered into a program and that is how it works, its in the fine print on their website etc.. I told him I never went to their website - I ordered by phone and no one said I was entering some program.  These people frustrate you and so watch out for them, and monitor your credit card, even after you call to cancel.
