Tummy Tuck Belt *Tummy Tuck Belt* Harassing Sales Tactics, Scam, Ripoff Van Nuys California

These people are crooks...sales tactics are harassing and unending, arbitrarily using my credit card without my permission.....,   After I placed an initial online order, they called me a week or two later, at least 4 times in one day between 2:23pm and 7:33pm.  I called them back to see what the emergency was b/c they kept calling and it was a loaded sales pitch that I was receiving a membership free for 30 days, that I would need to cancel.  Not only was the representative pushy and not honoring my requests, he was a complete jerk!

 

I specifically asked the representative several times "do not send" me anything further, no memberships!  He said ok but 1 month later, they charged my bank account 26.98.  I called into cancel this and complain about this and the person told me there is a remaining balance of $19.98 and that they would waive shipping charges.  I have no idea what is being sent, I never ordered anything additional.  After several attempts to keep me hooked with their scripts and sales pitches, I kept asking the representative to stop rying to sell me things because I didn't want anything additional from the company. 

 

After about 4-5 times of their apologies and "understanding" sentiments, the representative issued a cancellation and rma #.  After giving me the #'s, they asked to have my email address to send special offers...I responded with H*ll No, I don't want to receive anything else from you all!

 

I agree with a former post, that a Class Action Lawsuit would indeed shut these people down.  The sad part is this looks like Wolf of Wall Street-type scenario.  Get in/get out/sock your money so it can't be tracked.
