Turbo Tax Charged my checking account for 119.98 when my refund did not get processed quickly by the IRS for Identity Fraud Internet

I have used Turbo Tax for about 15 years and this is the last time ever. I had a refund coming from the IRS and the charges for doing my taxes were to be withdrawn form my refund, but my refund was blcoked because of an IRS Identity Fraud attempt on my account. I logged into my checking account this morning and the charge for 119.98 had been withdrawn without my prior notice and overdrew my account. I called and asked to have the charge refunded and I would pay another way and they refused. This is what customer loyalty gets you these days. So many other Tax Services to choose from and this will not be one of them ever again. My whole family uses them becuase of my great experience and they will stop also. The bottome line is that they should have contacted me to resolve the issue.
