The TVDVD Store operates under several names on the Internet - some are noted above. The DVDs are pirated, home made copies that do not play on any device and are sent from China. When contacted about their return policy, someone named 'Mike' responds with multiple form letter e-mails, but no action is taken.
To obtain a refund, you will need to contact your credit card company, request a charge back to the DVD company and cancel your credit card account so they cannot charge you again. They are believed to be operating out of Canada, but there is no address or phone number.

Interesting footnote to this report: The TVDVDStore has received a charge back from my credit card company and are hopping mad! They e-mailed me to say they had issued a full refund to my account over 30 days ago, but of course, no refund was ever processed. They say they are disappointed I did not choose to deal with them directly before going to my bank. And, what was not said is they are most disappointed that I cancelled my credit card so they cannot charge me again!
Buyer beware - this is an all out scam operation. You will either not receive your merchandise at all, or the product will be pirated and unusable.
