I was also ripped off from this company.... I ordered a TV Series of Judging Amy! It was a good price for the whole season, so I went ahead an ordered it for my Mother's birthday. The packaging was an Old VHS case, with low quality printing on the case and CD's. But if they had atleast worked, it wouldn't have been as disappointed.

5 of the 30 DVD's don't even work and from the 7 we've tried to watch so far, the picture jumps and stops during all episodes. Very Disappointing!!!

I've e-mailed that company for my Money back or a replacement, but I highly doubt I'll get the high quality working DVD series their web site offered.

I wanted to let everyone know that the TVDVDSTORE made good on thier promise to replace the DVD collection I ordered.
My first order of DVD's did not work and most of the DVD's were scratched and in none working condition. I was very dissappointed!!!
But I now have the complete collection in working condition. I still think the collection is poor quality packaging but I'm happy to have a working collection atleast.
