TVDVDStore.net Fraudulent Credit Card charges, sent pirated DVDs Internet

I tried to order the Sue Thomas FBeye series but they wrote back saying the order did not go through and that I would have to place it again. I did not order again and forgot about it. I then read online a few days later that this company was a fraud. I checked my credit card statement and saw that they had double-billed me.

I immediately canceled my credit card and asked them to get our money back. They did temporarily but tvdvdstore disputed that. They had sent us pirated junk dvds and since there was no address written to send it back we destroyed the illegal dvds.

Not only did we lose the dispute over the credit charges, tvdvdstore claimed we double ordered and should be charged twice.

1. They fraudulently double-charged our credit card.
2. They sent us illegally pirated DVDs.
