I order the entire boxed set series of "Ironside" and was given no information that these were obvious copies, bootlegs, and not 100% brand new.

I placed the order on 11/21/2010 and my credit card was charged the next day. The shipment arrived from China (I had no idea that this was coming from overseas) but I did get the item in time for Christmas.

The DVDs were scratched, grainy and in many cases unplayable. They would stop playing suddenly, or not play at all. The entire TV series was crammed into 30+ dvds and placed in 3 different dvd boxes, with an obviously copied cover on each box. I would not have paid over $130 for copies or bootlegs.

I've tried contacting the company, but everytime I try to submit my complaint, the browser suddenly doesn't work and I can't send the message.
