This company sells Dvd's that are faulty and illegal, they ship them out from China in damaged cases, yet they give the impression that they are 100% authentic by the comments they have at the foot of their advert for
the dvd's. They do not proved return address if you have a problem, and they never answer my e-mails. They also operate under 3 different company internet names, (www.DCMagicBox.com) (www.TvShowmonster.co) and
(www.TvDVDMania.com) these people are rip-off merchants and should be banned from advertising on E-Bay, but I have reported them to E-Bay and they inform me that it is nothing to do with them as Google have given the
Sponsor Link to this company to trade on. I have learned the hard way, but will not get ripped off again....

You have completely wrong informations. We are not in any way associated with the sites listed above. You have never placed an order with DCMagicBOX.com, and you do not exist in our database. You simply make associations based on assumptions, and not facts.
Please keep in mind that this is the one and only response that we will send on this matter, we will not be wasting time to deal with this, as it's simply untrue.
We are competitors, and the fact that you received DVD's from China, is the sole confirmation of "What you pay, is what you get". Sorry to be crude, but making false statements, does not harm us in any way, as we already have a bunch of customers that came to us from the companies described above, and they have ordered from us and have been happy with their products.
Also i guess we offer the best customer support there is, and our refund policies and the fact that we do refunds in max 48 hours after they have been requested, gives us another edge in this case.
We have a tremendous amount of happy customers, and we intend to keep it that way.
