I recently contacted twc to have TV & Internet services , equipment was mail out to my residence for me to Intall it, when i open the boxes it was not the porpertirs cables , then contacted customer service, they sent a technician 2/12/16 Internet was not warking I was advice by the technician that I need to contacted customer service again to have service activated. Which I did the two days later turned tv on I find out that the package that I was offered was not what I had, I only have 2 channels 34 and one movie channel contacted customer service cancel all the services the customer services representative advice me that there were not fees for those 2 days, I contacted twc 3/4/16 to request Internet services wirh a fee of $34.99 , I got a phone call today that my account was past due in the amount of $114. 47? Talk to an associated indeed he stated that my a charges biking 2/1/16 till now , even do the equipment was not Intall until February 12 and services starter 27 they invited that I need to pay for it. Need some help I been on the phone numerous times.
