TXU Electric Ripoff, Dishonest rude fraudulent billing practice and sloppy record keeping Dallas Texas

The short story:
TXU electric billed me for an address I never lived at ( while they were also billing me at the place I did live.) then 3 years later they are trying to make me pay for 2 residence's that are in the same complex as my current residence. I had to re pay a deposit and every week I spend hours frustrat4ed on the phone with a rep from txu.

Dont ever think that because you got the name, date and id number of the rep your dealing with counts for anything.

IT doesnt and boy will they tell you that when you say I spoke with so and so on this date and they said this the rep your are dealing with will say sorry we have no record of that. Even if you say make sure you are noteing this or can you record this conversation doesnt mean a thing.

I have fought for 3 years and to no avail. Dont use TXU they will rip you off and lie to you.
