I'm a customer with U-haul on Peters St.

I called to setup date for my payment for storage 6622 come to find out

my name isn't on that account its in my husband name and it didnt approve of this.

my lock has been changed im unhappy with how that allowed him to change it i been paying for this storage since november 2014.

so how do they do something like that not notify the person before doing arrangments like this?
