I returned something that I purchased form Ulta.com. I returned it on 12/20/08 and they received it 12/29/08? C'mon. I could have driven there faster ok? Anyway, I never received a confirmation of this return nor anything in the way of when my money will be refunded. I tried their supposed customer service number and was on hold 35 minutes the first time. I wrote 2 emails and left 2 messages over the course of 2 days ok? .

As a lark, I thought I would just lay the phone down, put it on speaker, and go about my day. Funniest friggin thing happened, my phone was going dead and NO ONE ever picked up! That was over 3 hours on hold! They are so lucky I didn't sue them for wasting my personal and improtant time waiting for their stupid ignorant as**es to pick up their own lines. I don't think anyone exists there. I really don't.

I think they post this number and hope their customers will just get tired and go away. I am so freakin ticked off right now. I used to be a shopaholic there. Never again! I will Internet shop ANYWHERE but there. They suck big time! Never again. I will sue them in small claims if I don't get something stating where MY money is. They have frauded me by keeping there product AND my money. That is stealing in my book Ulta.

Legal costs will be theirs to pay also. I think I should start a "Ulta Lawsuit" website. Bet ya I am one of hundreds of thousands they have screwed and they pay no recourse nor suffer any consequences. In this economy, every penny counts Ulta and you better pay yours, um excuse me, MINE up v-e-r-y soon.

Sad decline in Ulta morals

AUTHOR: Famous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 24, 2009

Having worked there over a year I can assure that this is characteristic of the decline of Ulta's integrity as well as customer/employee care. They are cutting back on staff WAAAAY more than they should. They are trying to stay competitive in this market (as a specialty cosmetic reseller) and they are so focused on the bottom line that human beings fall by the wayside. I absolutely believe you, if you think the customer service line is bad try being an employee and calling human resources!! Your two weeks resignation will be up before anyone picks up. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors against Ulta. Maybe some powerful customers will wake them up from this money hungry slumber.

Phone Number not a fake

AUTHOR: Thewillnow - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 28, 2009

The customer service number is not a fake. They recently changed the number and cut back on the staff.
They are also only available for certain hours of the day.
the company isn't even supposed to give that number out unless absolutely necessary. they are to direct you to the website.
They aren't trying to con you.
