With a heavy heart I felt the need to file this report, I am a huge fan of Elon Musk and everything he has done for this country. I do not blame Elon for this, personally i think the WEF chair and CEO Linda Yaccarino is to blame for this. I have filed several appeals saying I have proof I was wrongfully suspended but I can't get a response from their customer support.
I have been an entire year, even with a suspended account I continued to pay for premium. I was hoping that I would get some kind of support as a premium user, unfortunately after 8 months of paying I have received no support sadly. My original account and my backup account which I had 6 months prior to the suspension we're both suspended simultaneously. The reason given for the suspension was evading suspension. It took me 3 months to get my main account restored. I suppose my mistake was not restoring my backup account, even though my main account was restored I still couldn't get in because of 2fa issues and I kept getting a something went wrong error.
So I decided to create another account which lasted a while and I paid for premium, I also did a full kyc and selfies. Well about a month later all my accounts were suspended again for evading suspension. I've been trying and trying and trying to get this sorted out with no response. I finally had to change my debit card because I received an overdraft fee for a $3 subscription to an account that was also suspended. I want to be a productive member of X, I want to pay for premium and enjoy my experience on X. I don't even use profanity on the platform, yet I've seen videos of people saying really awful things and nothing even happens to them. Not having X for an entire year has affected me financially and emotionally. I am so completely depressed over this I can't even put it in to words.
So for 8 months I paid for premium and subscriptions and received no premium support. according to the terms of service they are supposed to give a proper reason for the suspension. Here are the accounts that are my main and backup, not including @PePeMaxy. My original account is @Patriot_Krypto and my backup account was @KGT_ETH. I hope I can post screenshots here.
This shows I had my backup account for 6 months prior to suspension.
This is when they restored my original account, they gave a variety of reasons none of which I am guilty of.
This shows the overdraft transactions from getting billed from them.
Honestly there is no excuse for this, I really hate filing this report but after a year of trying I felt it necessary to at least bring this HUGE issue to their attention.
