I ordered this product under the trial membership under the impression that the 100% guarantee would be honored, or at the very least, the company would cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, the conact information provided on the company's website is bogus (email address on "contact us" link ultragreentealeannet@gmail.com is returned - "email address does not exist").
I tried calling the phone number provided in the terms and conditions, but you are only placed into a hold queue. I gave up after 2 hours of hold music. I'm a little concerned as I may not be able to cancel this subscription. If anyone has had any success in reaching this company, please post.
