Ultra Life Fitness, Inc. offered a free month to try the Ultra Pm pills. I had given my credit card to pay for shipping. I got that bottle and then another one arrived about 1 month later and I checked my credit card statement and there was a charge of $44.90 under UltraPM.

Also on that credit card statement for the same month of July was a charge for ULfit for $24.00.

I called Ultra Life Fitness at 1-800-757-1279 and told them I did not order this other bottle. I was told I did when I had signed up for the free bottle. I told them I wanted to cancel this and send the bottle back along with the Dvd.

I was told I could not send the bottle back, even though it was not opened nor could I send back the DVD. But I was told no further bottles or DVds would be sent.

Then I had receive another DVD this week and called the company on 8-30-05 and that I had to go online to stop the DVDs. I told the person and I called before and I was told this was taken care of. The person then said again I had to go online and cancel. I told the person this company is one of the worst companies to deal with and then hung up the phone.
