Ultra Mobile, is a definite ripoff company.  For asking a valid question, and no cursing, we were hung up on.  We received a text message stating the subscription of the $39 plan, begins on March 15, 2014.  Today, we got another text stating, the subscription ends April 12, 2014.  

When we called, we were told they did 30 days billing, it does not matter how many days there are in a month.  The first customer service rep said, that the subscription would actually end on April 13, but if the service is not paid by midnight of April 13, it would be cut off.  Which make no sense.  Soon, the phone ended and obviously we were hung up on.

Next call, a girl name Adella or Adelta, answered and again she said the same thing and all she kept saying was that their system said it would cut off on the 12th of April, but the service actually does end on the 13th however the cut off would be at right at midnight on April 13.  Again, it didn't make sense.  Again, we got hung up on. 

The third call was no better!  The girl named M.A. did not seem to want to give the phone to the supervisor and she wanted me to go over what was discussed but at this point, I told her there was no reason for me to tell her because she would say the same and then I would get hung up on.  Finally, she said he was engaged in another call.  I suppose another complaint!  

Spoke with Ryan, who answered the phone and asked what he can help me with? without telling me who he is or his name.  As I explained the situation, it was obvious the call was not going anywhere but no resolution.  He said, the service started March 14, and ends on April 13, however they go with pacific time and therefore would be cut off on april 12, at midnight if not paid.  So where is the 30 days?  I did not sign up in Asia, I signed up in the United States, so why do I need to go with their time or day, this would mean I lost a total of 3 days instead of 2 since they are ahead by one day, and since they bill at 30 days, and not 31 days.  But their site clearly states, monthly plan.  If it was not a monthly plan it should be stated that it is a 30 days billing cycle and we go with Pacific Time, therfore it would be 28/29 days billing.  

The workers of this company, were very hard to understand.  They could not explain anything properly and very rude by hanging up on customers.  I read the review where the guy said he said the word "d**n", well, we did not say that word or any curse word, but we got hung up on, and upon calling the 3rd time, the third rep had the gall to say we hung up as it says in their system.  I got so tired of hearing about what the system said, that I felt I was speaking to a robot, Customer Service Rep and Supervisor both.  Ryan also said, their billing is different from everyone else, and I agree as they ripoff people and have no answer to any valid questions, except what ever brainwashed "crap" they have in their minds.  

Definitely!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are SCAMMERS!
