United Auto Credit United Auto Credit 3 DAYS LATE... THREATNING REPO! HURST Texas

My 2000 Jeep transmission started to go and in a a moment of smoke and panic I went to my local car dealership and purchased a car. If I had known what I know now..I would have never purchased my car through United Auto Loan Company. This past week on July 18th my payment came due and I was short money from my BIG electric bill I had to catch up on. I called them to let them know I was going to be 7 days late. Next thing I know my car is going to be repossessed! What the crap! So I get on Google..looked up my WV Code on the back of my agreement...they can't touch me for 10 days..and they have to write a notice telling me i'm in default. It's called the notice to cure. I found this info from a civil suit filed by a women in West Virginia that ended up in the Supreme Court. SHE WON! So Justin from United Auto Credit....kiss my..you low life bottom feeder!
