United Auto Credit Harrassing, stalking, unethical Liverpool New York

No matter how bad your credit is, they are not worth using. On the due date of your payment, they will call you at home and at work and if they cannot get in touch with you they begin to call EVERYONE you listed as a credit reference to annoy and harass them. They even went so far as to have a flatbed repo truck appear at my place of work when my payment was 1 day late. The repo driver just laughed and said he didn't know why he was there because I was only 1 day late.

After one year and three months of making payments to them (at 24% interest) I requested a payoff from them. I was informed that they only took Western Union Quick Collect or check by phone (a $15.00 charge). Now that it is paid off, I am still awaiting receipt of my lien release from them. NEVER AGAIN!! Getting credit through them was not worth the hassle and harrassing phone calls received from them.
