I have been dealing with this company for 6 months now.
I would not reccomend to my worse enemy, even out of spite.the representative i spoke with took the call personal, we actually were in a verbal confrontation on the phone, he did not listen to anything I had to say. my account was 8 days late and $37.90 short. he later became belligerent telling me I better borrow the money or loose my car. then using scare tactics such as he will come to my job and embarasse me.

I've paid my car note on time or before it was due and did not deserve this type of treatment nor should that employee work for that company. That type of ignorance should be left to untrainable animals!

United Auto Credit, get a payday loan to pay your truck payment or you don't want to make it!

AUTHOR: Bonniepod - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 05, 2007
I bought a truck and United Auto Credit took the loan. For one year I made every payment on time, then I had troubles. They called many times per day, they told my job what they were calling about. Then if I could not answer the phone they told to tell me they were coming to my job. My husband and I took out the contract and did the math, my interest rate is as much as the truck I bought which is a 2004 black, Ford Ranger. It has been badly wrecked and the wreck is not on the carfax report. They are charging me 115% interest rate, that's why the interest is as much as the price of the truck. Oh, they write in that box 24% but when you do the math it does not come out right until you refigure it. Even when I talk to them which was many times over the last couple of weeks, they told me I needed to get a payday loan to pay them and when I told them my husband said those were bad to get into, they said I did not want to pay the truck payment and they were coming to repossess the truck. I work at a church!
They have hounded me at home and at work, everyday all day long telling me to get the church to pay the truck payment. The truck is worthless, no paperwork ever sent to me about no grace period, they just told me. They told me they could not let me wait until I got paid, and I get paid every week! And even if they did wait I had to call everyday or they would call me everyday. I could not get there until after work last month and they started calling at 12:00 pm that day, it was the day it was due. They said after 12:00 on the day it is due they can start calling me. They told me they would rather have a worthless check than no payment, that makes absolutely no sense at all.
You can never get off of the phone with them, over and over about where you are going to get the money from, even after you tell them a way you are going to try you start all over again with the threat of repossession and they are coming to your work. That lady that came to my job just kept hollering, "I owe them money and they were gonna get it right then, how? These people are awful. I have never in my life heard of such craziness. A pastor at the church said you must be four or five months behind and I said no, I am only due for this month and he said that was ridiculous! At first he thought I was kidding and I looked him straight in the eye and said no I wasn't and brought the receipts for all of the payments and he said he had never heard of being treated that badly. They are awful, awful people who do not need to be allowed to take anymore loans, ever again. B. Podewils
