United Auto Credit Unethic collection practices Reading Pennsylvania

My payment was due on Sept 14th 2008 called and left a message letting United Auto Credit that my payment would be made by moneygram on the 25th. Well they called my mom, my family and my friends and my job everyday two and three times even after I made the payment. This company is harsh and will tell you payoff the loan and they will stop calling you than.

Well I made the payment on the 25th and they sent a representative from collection to my house, I was upset and ask him what he was doing here he wanted information on my car. He called his office from my house and they said I owe them an additonal 140.00 for what, I told them I never paid over that amount for my car. Where did they come up with that figure? She couldn't tell me and I told her stop calling my my family and my job. She said get someone to payoff the loan and we will stop making there calls. I said to her how would she feel if she had to be late with her payment and they were calling her family like that how would she like it. She had no coment. I know something can be done about this.

There are to many complaints about this company and they are all the same complaint. I have already filed a complaint against this company and if anyone reads this and has had dealing with this company go on google and make your complaint thru the federal trade commision I know if they get enough complaints something will be done because this kind of harrassment has to stop, it's been going on for to long.
