United Auto Credit These people are worse than the SOPRANOS Woburn Massachusetts

My boyfriend and I purchased a car for the first time of course and we were finiaced through United Auto Credit. My payments were due on the 20th of each month. When the first month came we got a phone call saying that the do not talorate late payments and we shoud mail our payments out on the 15 to ensure the payments reaches the office on time.

I over looked that phone call. They have called my place of employment and have been rude to my supervisor. The woman(NANCY) told me that i needed to make a payment by 5pm or they were going to pick up the car. I told her that i was not going to be able to make the payment until the next day because my boyfriend had the car i was not going to have time. She told me that if someone else was druiving the car she was going to come and pick it up. I told her she should do what she has to do, but i was not sending the pay ment until the next day.

Well now comes time for the last payment they sent out more coupons saying that payment will now end in september and not august, they went to my boyfriends job and repoed the car because he was 5 days late with the last payment. When I called her to find out how much we had to pay for the car she told the price and also told me that I had 20 days before they sold the car and when was i going to make the payment . I told her if I have 20 days I'll make the payment before the 20 days.

She refused to tell were the car is and says she wont leave the car at the repo she will just sell if i cant tell her when I'm going to make the payment.

These people need to be taken out of business. There has to be some kind of law or someone who knows the law that reads these blogs about this company. Maybe we all have to contact the Better Business Beru for each state and get these people shut down.
