United Financial Systems Zero Customer Service, Failure to Send Your Funds to Creditors, Destroys your Credit Margate, Florida

If you are in financial stress, RUN (do not walk) away from this company!  They will only add to your frustration. 

Once they have lured you into their net, you will find no (or poor) customer service.  They are always "experiencing a high volume of calls at this time" and their message box is always full so you can't really leave a message.  If per chance you do make it to the inbox (which I happened to do only once), you will not receive a call back.  You can send multiple emails without a response and forget the fax - it doesn't seem to get anyone's attention either .... My "financial counselor" whom I signed up with now has an extension which is "no longer a manned extension".  How convenient is that?!

This company has all but ruined my attempts to regain a good credit score though they will tell you at first that it will help your credit rating.  Don't believe their smooth talk .... They have faithfully withdrawn the money from my account and now are failing to pay my creditors.  I think their classification of "non-profit" is bogus .... I requested an audit in August and am still waiting for their response.   I even put a stop-payment on their withdrawals expecting to at least get a call from someone - No Response.

If you value your sanity, you will NOT sign up with United Financial Systems and I would suggest if you have also experienced trouble with this company that you let your creditors know and ask them NOT to honor any proposals which are from them.
