United Services scammed my kid Las Vegas Nevada

after i went to bed one night my son got a phone call saying he was selected to particapate in an offer for 1.50 -He would get thousands of dollars to shop online free. Well, He decided to go for it. He gave my name and unfortunaltely my landlord (whom i directly deposit the rent into her account)s account number. It was on a legal pad at my desk He thought it was mine and gave it out.

He then recieved a packet in the mail of coupons to spend online- He showed it to me and I then found out he charged the 1.50 to my account. I then looked at the coupons and we googled United Services. There in black and white was all the scam entries online.

Now one month later, My landlord calls and wants to evict me because I used her acct. to pay United services 149.80 for something we never recieved! Well, Im paying her back but never recieved anything for the money. They won't answer thier phone. The bank is helping me with where the money was deposited and filing a report of thier own. My son is a minor, gave out conflicting acct info and United Services charged us for nothing to an account that was'nt authorized-Furthur more all my son had was a account number- This company must of looked up the routing number themselves because my son had no deposit slip no check and nothing to go by when the phone call occurred. I will persue this to the end.
