You and your subscribers must demand it!! In case you are not literate of the law if the gainful employment act becomes law this school would not be able to increase tuition probably ever again and would probably be forced to cut its tuition in half which will snow ball into a layoff and launch its downfall. You have to understand the dynamics of the way the school works in order to understand this so you would have to just trust me on it.
