University of Phoenix Discrimination of people with disabilities; fraud; theft, Internet

My brother completed all requirements for the Master's degree in education, including the teaching experience, when the University of Phoenix theives told him he wouldn't be earning his degree, nor would he be getting a refund.  My brother filed a lawsuit and his attorney told him UOP had many similar lawsuits filed against them. 

Due to UOP's legal team stalling and delaying, as all good lawyers do, my brother was left with two options: 1- get another loan, on top of the $20,000 he already paid to the UOP thieves, to continue the lawsuit or 2- drop the case.  Being a person with a mild mental disability and having worked more than full time for the past 2 years, trying to earn a master's degree, he had no income, dropped the suit and got a job.
