University Of Phoenix Violation of Student Rights! Wants to file a class action Lawsuit Phoenix Internet

I know many people have been victim of University of Phoenix Online Campus. The server is faulty and the teachers are cold. In my particular situation I was unable to log in to the UoP online campus for two days which resulted in my paper being late. My teacher was located in Germany with a German phone number which I did not have the ability to call. I had to send him my paper through his personal email account which is highly discouraged by the UoP as they like to have records of all submitted assignments. I gave my teacher the tech code for the website being down, and my teacher graded my paper as late. As a result my GPA dropped below a 3.0 and I was placed on academic probation. I called my academic counselor the day after the class ended to file a dispute, but was told by my counselor that I was not allowed to file after the class had ended. She said that if I had told her during the class what was going on she would have been able to do something. Turns out I have six weeks to file a grade dispute and because it was the class that put me on academic probation I had a second kind of dispute I could have filed to contest the probation. Neither of which I was allowed to do. In the notes the counselors notated for our conversation when I asked for the grade dispute she annotated one word "graduated". I have requested a copy of these notes, but have been passed around and no one can tell me who or where I can obtain a copy of my notes page. According to the ground campus I have a right to have a copy of the notes page. Now according to my financial aid counselor I can NEVER receive financial aid again. I have been kicked out with a 2.95 GPA and even had to pay out of pocket to retake the same class that put me on academic probation. I have three classes left in my master's program and cannot go back to school as I cannot get the financing I need to finish my degree. I am look for anyone who has a similar situation who is interested in filing a class action lawsuit. UoP can ignore us individually, but together we can make a difference and obtain much needed justice!
