University of Phoenix Wanting money after screwing me over Internet

I was one month away from graduation and UoP said I plagiarized a students paper so I had to go under investigation mean while I was not doing my school work. After passing the investigation UoP told me to go ahead and continue doing my school work so evidently UoP knew I was not doing my school work. I ended up failing the class so then UoP told me that in order for me to graduate I had to pay $2,500 out of my pocket because my student loan was taken away from me. I told UoP I did not have that kind of money at this time I asked if I was able to save until I got it so that I could graduate and UoP said no. UoP kicked me out of school because I did not have $2,500 at that time so now I'm getting charged the full amount that I owe UoP and I don't believe it is right of UoP to charge me that because UoP is the one that did not help me know that I needed to continue doing my school work during the plagiarism investigation. I hope I have a case here because it is ruining my credit and I do not believe it was right of UoP to do that to me.
