because they cooperate with other companies to generate leads and interest. These are marketing firms employed by UoP and other schools that piggy back on people's job hunts to tailor lead info and find the right fit for them. There is always a "skip" link at the bottom of the page, anyway. It's kind of like an IQ test.
A job hunt service that is offered for free relies heavily on site traffic and banner clicks. It is simply a partnership that offers a person something they actually need.
