On December 31, 2010, Unlimited Local Savings made out a check in the amount of $49.99 and used a dummy check number and without my oral or written permission submitted it to my bank to be electronitcally deducted from my checking account.

I contacted Unlimited Local Savings on January 3, 2011 and they said they would cancel my membership and directed me to a website to obtain a refund of the money they had already deducted from my account.

The website that I was directed to was www.ulsrefund.com, and I got RipOff Report when I logged on to it.
