I canceled with them before I even got off the phone and they will not give me my money back. Their business practice is fraudulent the sales person calls and does a great job selling the company and what they can do for you. Makes you feel good that they can get you what you need. While I was on the phone with him I asked about their BBB rating and got emails from him (still on the phone) on how BBB is not credible. I explained to him that I care about their rating and did not want to continue with them and he said someone would get back to me on canceling. Unfortunately every time I called he was never available. I have sent them emails and have tried to reverse charges on my card for $249 but nothing has happened yet.
They have not done anything for me for the charges and I would not want them to. People should be aware of they are dealing with a misleading company that takes money but gets you nothing.

Just call your card issuer and tell them you DID NOT AUTHORIZE the charge. That's all. If the company doesn't have a signed contract they're stuck, not you. Telephone recordings are meaningless as they can be edited easily.
Funny how their web site doesn't list the management team and their experience like other legitimate financial consulting service companies do. Are they embarassed about something? Is this place a boilerroom?
The website mentions a 'team of finance specialists'. All college grads in business/finance, right?? Any real banking experience here (and I don't mean bank teller) ??
They mention loan approvals in 48 hours. Since UBF deals in 'alternative' funding sources the sky is the limit for interest rates, right?
Their web domain registration is also private (cloaked identity).
This company has been in operation since January, 2010. How does this qualify as 'years of experience' as described on the site?
