Ordered flowers on Jun 7-06 for delivery Jun 9-06 . Today is Jun 13-06 and the flowers have never been delivered. I called their advertised 866/800 number and it is constantly busy. I tried their 888 customer claim number and it is not valid. I checked the web and find many other individuals who experienced the same thing. Seems this is the way the company operates. Buyer beware.
